RHN Consultancy Ltd in Llanelli was born from a background of over 36 years in the Transport Industry. The founder, Rick Nugent, started as a mechanic, working through the industry as a HGV driver. He took part in European work, driving articulated, refrigerated, and general haulage vehicles across the UK and Ireland. This is also including a period as an owner driver within the aggregate industry. 

Rick has been involved in operator licensing compliance since 2001 and is qualified and experienced in all aspects of operator licensing, driver training, health and safety and transport management. Rick has supported operators at numerous public inquiries throughout the UK and has been registered as an expert witness in this field. RHN Consultancy Ltd is now a family run business with a focus on providing a professional service to all its valued clients.
